Join Pathnova Financial's Consulting practice as a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs across public sector, financial services, and technology clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence on engagements ranging from ERP implementations to organizational restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycle from initiation through close-out across multiple concurrent engagements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, client staff, and third-party vendors
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive sponsor reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP certification required
- 7–10 years of project management experience with at least 4 years managing large-scale transformation programs ($5M+ budgets)
- Strong command of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks
- Experience in professional services, management consulting, or government contracting preferred
- Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and escalation management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent PM tools
