Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to join our Dallas office and lead strategic operational initiatives across the firm's Southern region. In this role, you will partner directly with Regional Managing Partners to drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and scalable growth. You will manage a team of operations professionals and own the delivery of key firmwide operational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a regional operations team of 5–10 professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology pillars
- Own regional budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management
- Liaison between national operations leadership and regional practice groups
- Develop and report on operational scorecards and executive dashboards
- Champion change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of firmwide programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Finance; MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading operational transformation programs in a professional services or financial services environment
- Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and P&L understanding
- Outstanding leadership, team development, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP platforms
