Pathnova Financial is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day firm operations across our Chicago office. You will partner with practice leaders to streamline processes, manage operational priorities, and ensure our internal infrastructure supports the delivery of exceptional client service.
This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to firm leadership, and an opportunity to shape how a leading professional services firm operates at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional operational workflows across practice groups
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Oversee facilities, vendor relationships, and internal resource planning
- Develop and monitor KPIs for operational performance reporting to senior leadership
- Support strategic planning and execution of firm-wide operational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5–8 years of operations management experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, or consulting
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strong analytical and project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in ERP or operational management systems
