Join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team in Los Angeles as an Associate. You will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, quality of earnings (QoE) analyses, and working capital assessments for M&A transactions across a range of industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA licensed or pursuing licensure preferred
- 1–3 years of public accounting or investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deal-driven environment
